Faculty/Staff EXPRESS Registration

In order to efficiently locate faculty and staff while traveling abroad and in case of emergencies, the University asks that you register your international travel prior to your departure.  (Do not complete this registration for domestic travel.)   When an incident occurs abroad, we will rely on this travel registry as the official source of information that forms the basis for our emergency response protocols (e.g. evacuation notices). We will use the information you have provided to locate and connect with you. Thank you for taking a moment to register your travel.

Who Should Complete a Faculty/Staff International Travel Registration?
  • Any faculty or staff member should register themselves in the International Travel Registry for travel abroad that is connected in any way to the University.
  • If students will accompany faculty or staff abroad, then the leading faculty/staff member should contact Risk & Compliance (x4554) to create a Faculty-Led Program in the registration system. Once this is completed, travelers (faculty, staff, students, guests, etc.) will be provided a link to register themselves for the trip abroad.
